I am using a Samsung Z Fold 5 and recently, around 12–13 July, I had to factory reset my phone. After this reset, I tried to log in to my TikTok account, but I received a warning saying that this is an unrecognized device and I cannot reset my password. Because of this, I am completely locked out of my account. This account is very important to me because it contains my personal memories, including my childhood, my family, my friends, and my college group. All of these memories are saved in this TikTok account, so losing access is extremely upsetting for me. I contacted TikTok support and used the report system. They asked me to send all information about my account, which I did carefully and honestly. However, I was told that some of the information did not match, and my access problem was not solved. I believe I have provided everything I can remember correctly, and I am sure I am the real owner of this account. My request is that you manually review my case, check the details of my account, and turn off the two-step verification or remove the unrecognized device restriction so that I can log in again. I am ready to provide any additional information or proof you may need to confirm that this is my account. I kindly ask you to help me recover access and not lose all of my memories saved there.
