TikTok Wrongfully Flags Livestream for Sexual Content Violation

My TikTok account, where I regularly do chatting livestreams, has been repeatedly and unfairly suspended due to false reports. The most recent suspension started on April 14, 2026, and is a one-week suspension ending on April 21, 2026. The stated reason in the notice is “body explanation/sexuality” and a violation of the community guidelines about sexual content, but I have not violated these rules during my life. This is not an isolated incident. For approximately the last six months, my livestreams have been suspended almost every week, sometimes for three days and sometimes for seven days. Each time, I am targeted by a group from the Somali community who come together and mass-report my livestream with false accusations until TikTok's system suspends me. This pattern of repeated, coordinated false reporting is seriously affecting my ability to use the platform. I have tried to appeal these decisions using the in‑app appeal system every time, but my appeals are never accepted, and I always have to wait until the suspension period is over. I do not receive a proper explanation or a fair review, even though I am sure that my content does not contain nudity or sexual content that violates the rules. I request that my current suspension be urgently reviewed and removed, that the previous penalties based on these false reports be examined, and that TikTok investigate the accounts involved in these coordinated mass false reports. I also ask TikTok to provide better protection and fairer review processes so that creators like me are not repeatedly punished for content that does not actually violate the community guidelines.
