TikTok Fails to Immediately Remove Life-Threatening Nonconsensual Content

On January 14, 2026, at approximately 10:56 a.m., a TikTok account with the username “user14162504822508” shared my private, intimate, and explicit photos without my knowledge or consent. An audio track containing Arabic profanity was added to these images. This account is a fake account, and most of the photos shared do not actually belong to the account holder. Images belonging both to me and to other individuals are being presented as if they belong to the person behind this account, and all of the posts appear to have been uploaded in bulk at the same exact time, 10:56 a.m.

This situation constitutes a severe violation of both my personal rights and my right to privacy, as well as the rights of the other individuals shown in these photos. Most importantly, I live in an eastern region, and if my family or community were to see this content, my personal safety would be placed in serious danger. In my region, people have previously been killed in similar situations, which means these posts are not just a matter of reputation for me, but a direct threat to my life. My family has zero tolerance for matters like this, and I am extremely fearful of what could happen to me if these posts remain online. I believe the same risk may also apply to the other individuals whose photos were shared without consent through this fake account.

So far, only one of my friends has submitted an in-app report about this account through their own TikTok account. Aside from that, I have not made any formal complaints. However, due to the seriousness and urgency of this situation, I am requesting that this complaint be reviewed immediately.

I am demanding that TikTok remove all content containing my private and intimate images without delay and immediately shut down the account with the username “user14162504822508.” I ask that the threat to my personal safety be taken into special consideration and that this fake account’s activity be stopped at once. If necessary, I also request that all relevant records be securely preserved so they can be provided to the appropriate authorities for legal proceedings.
