TikTok Two-Step Verification Locked by Unrecognized Device Error

I am having a serious problem accessing my TikTok account due to two-step verification and an unrecognized device error. I forgot my two-step verification code. Although I still have access to my Gmail account, I cannot reset my TikTok password because the system shows an “unrecognized device” error and does not allow me to complete the process. I also no longer have any of my old devices where I was previously logged in, so I have no way to confirm from a recognized device. This issue has been ongoing for about one week. I contacted TikTok support about this situation but have not received any response so far. During this time, my account has remained completely inaccessible. I kindly request that you help me log back into my account by verifying my identity through alternative methods and allowing password reset, so that I can safely regain access to my TikTok account.
