Can’t Log Into TikTok Lite Because Step-Two Verification Code Never Arrives

I have been unable to access my TikTok Lite account for about four months due to the step-two verification process. The app asks me to enter a verification code, but I never receive any code, so I cannot complete the login process. My TikTok Lite account is linked to a Gmail address, but I no longer remember the verification code for that email, which prevents me from confirming my account or getting past the step-two verification screen.

For the past four months, I have been stuck at this stage and have not been able to use my account at all. I respectfully request assistance so that I can log back into my TikTok Lite account. I ask TikTok to help resolve this verification issue and provide an alternative method to verify my identity and regain access to my account, as I am unable to receive or recall the required Gmail verification code.
