TikTok Repost Feature Missing on My Account

Every TikTok account has the ability to repost content. Unfortunately, my account does not offer this feature. Whenever I make a new account using my phone, the repost feature is automatically enabled on that account. When I log into the secondary account and then switch back to my main account, I notice that the repost feature shows up. However, it seems to vanish once I close and reopen the app. Despite my attempts to reach out to the representatives, their communication was lacking and they did not demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving the issue. Their lack of interest was evident.
