TikTok New Account Locked Out of Original Account

I am writing regarding a serious problem with access to my original TikTok account. After I bought a new Android phone around the second week of March, I attempted to log in using my phone number, assuming it would connect me to my existing account. Instead, the app created a completely new account, and now my phone number is associated with this new account, while I am locked out of my original one. My original username is “user6094906521***”. Even though I cannot log in, I am still receiving update emails from my TikTok account, which shows that the original account is active. When I try to recover it using my email address (mand***@gmail.com), the app says that this email is not registered. I also tried the friend recovery option, but it failed with a “user not verified” message. I went through all of TikTok’s recovery methods and eventually contacted support, but I was told that they could not reset the password due to security reasons, leaving me without any solution. I request that my access to the original account with be restored and that my phone number (currently linked to the new account) be moved back and associated with my original account. I also request that the accidental newly created account, which is only linked to my phone number and was created by mistake during login, be permanently deleted so that only my original account remains active. I am ready to provide any further verification needed to prove ownership so this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
