TikTok Account Phone Number Inaccessible

I am writing about a problem with my TikTok account @terricolarubenx. A few days ago I deleted the app and when I tried to log in again, I was unable to access my account because it is linked to my old phone number. That number is no longer active, so I cannot receive any verification codes and I am effectively locked out of my account. This issue has been going on for 4 days now. I contacted TikTok support and explained that I am the owner of the account and provided proof, but I was told only to contact my old carrier company. Since the old phone number is permanently inactive, this is not a realistic solution and leaves me with no way to recover my account through the usual method. The email address linked to this TikTok account is rubenherrer***@gmail.com and I still have full access to this email. I kindly request that my phone number on file be changed and that you allow me to regain access to my account through my active contact details, for example by verifying ownership via my email address instead of the old phone number. I expect assistance so I can securely access and use my account again.
