TikTok Business Account Shows “Something Went Wrong” on iPhone 13 Pro

I use TikTok on my iPhone 13 Pro, and for several months my account has been almost unusable because of recurring technical errors in the app. The application frequently shows messages like “Something went wrong” or “No internet connection,” even though my internet connection is stable and all my other apps work normally. When this happens, I cannot upload videos, access features, or properly manage my account.
This issue started around January 2026 and has been coming back roughly once a month, with each episode lasting more than two weeks. During these periods, the app becomes nearly non-functional only for this specific account, while my device and internet connection continue to work correctly. I have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps available on my side, including logging out and back in, deleting and reinstalling the app, and switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, but none of these steps has provided a lasting fix.
I have also sent multiple emails and support tickets to TikTok, and I even submitted a ticket through another account that works normally, but I still have not received any clear or effective resolution. This problem is especially serious because the affected account is a business account, and these repeated errors are hurting my ability to grow the account and properly serve my clients.
I respectfully request that TikTok investigate this account-specific issue in detail, explain why my account repeatedly shows “Something went wrong” and “No internet connection” despite a working network, and provide a permanent technical solution so my business account can function normally again. I want my account to be fully usable without recurring interruptions that prevent me from uploading content and communicating with clients.
