TikTok Account Recovery Failed After Losing Phone and Email

I am writing regarding a serious account recovery issue with my TikTok account “hubofmemes696969”. I am based in Germany and have been unable to access or recover this account for about three weeks. I lost access to both the phone number and the email address linked to the account, and because of this I cannot reset my password or log in. I also use this TikTok login for my Epic Games account, and if I cannot log in I risk losing money connected to that account. Today I tried again to recover my TikTok account using the available methods and by contacting support. However, TikTok support informed me that they cannot change my password, and no alternative solution was offered despite the fact that I clearly explained I no longer have access to the registered phone and email. I respectfully request that my case be reviewed manually, that I am given the chance for identity verification, and that my account “hubofmemes696969” is recovered. I also ask that TikTok updates the phone number and email address on my account after verifying my identity, so that I can securely access both my TikTok and Epic Games accounts and avoid further financial loss.
