TikTok Account Permanently Banned – Request to Restore TikTok Shop and PayLater Access

I have been using my TikTok account with the username "its_lvlxy" in the Philippines for a long time without any unusual or suspicious activity. However, on a day in 2024, my account was suddenly and permanently banned. I did not receive any prior notification by email or through the app. I only became aware of the ban after a friend informed me, and when I tried to access my account, I saw a message stating that it had been permanently suspended for violating TikTok's Community Guidelines. I have not been informed which specific content or action allegedly violated the guidelines, and I do not believe I posted or shared anything that intentionally breached TikTok's policies. In addition to the personal impact, this suspension has caused me significant financial difficulties because I use this account for TikTok Shop, where I have ongoing transactions, and I also have TikTok PayLater obligations that I am still required to pay. Without access to my account, I am unable to manage my orders, monitor my transactions, or fulfill my payment obligations properly. I kindly request that my TikTok account "its_lvlxy" be thoroughly reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible. If the ban cannot be lifted immediately, I respectfully ask that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the exact reason for the permanent suspension. I also request that my access to TikTok Shop and TikTok PayLater be restored so that I can continue managing my transactions and fulfill my outstanding payment obligations without further disruption.
