Recover My TikTok Account

I have been unable to access my TikTok account for about four months. I was originally using TikTok on a Tecno Spark 40 phone, but I lost both the phone and the SIM card that was linked to my account. Since then I have not been able to log in to my account again. My TikTok username is “helgaschneide***”. Because the phone and line connected to this account are no longer with me, I cannot receive any SMS codes or use the old number for verification. At one point I tried to log in using a Gmail address to receive a verification code and I received the code, but after entering it TikTok requested an additional verification with either the old phone number or my account password, which I no longer remember, so I could not complete the process. I have not found any effective help through TikTok support so far. I kindly request that the phone number previously linked to my account be removed or disconnected and that I be assisted with another secure method to recover access to my account.
