Recover My TikTok Account

My TikTok account with the username “mano36sz” is currently inaccessible to me, and I am unable to recover it through the normal methods. I know my username, but I do not remember the password. The account was only linked to my phone number, not to an email address. That phone has been lost in the sea, so I can no longer receive any verification codes that TikTok sends to that number. Since June 2026 I have been unable to log in to this account. I am trying to log in from Pakistan, and when I enter my username on the “Look up your account” screen, I receive a “No results” error even though this is my own account. The app keeps directing me in circles and does not offer a real solution or a way to speak directly with support. I kindly request that TikTok Support help me regain access to my account by verifying my identity through alternative methods, for example by checking my previous logins from my devices or other activity, instead of sending a code to the old phone number that I can no longer use. Being locked out of this account is affecting me deeply, and I ask you to contact me with clear steps to recover my account as soon as possible.
