TikTok Account Recovery Fails After Losing Access to My Old Phone Number

I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username “Imaluv21”. I can no longer access my account because I do not remember the password, and the account is only connected to a phone number that I no longer have. The phone associated with that number was lost in the sea, so I cannot receive any SMS verification codes to log in or reset my password. Since around March–April, I have been locked out and unable to use my account. I have tried to follow the in-app help and recovery steps, but the app keeps directing me in circles and only offers options that require access to the old phone number. This has left me without any workable way to verify my identity or recover my account. I kindly request that TikTok Support help me regain access to the “Imaluv21” account through an alternative identity verification method, for example by confirming previous logins from my devices or by using other security checks. Being unable to access this account is affecting me deeply, and I am asking for urgent assistance and for clear instructions on what I need to do to recover it.
