TikTok Account Recovery Without Old Phone Number or Password

My TikTok account is currently inaccessible because I cannot reset my password with the available recovery options, and I urgently need support to regain access. I know the exact username of my TikTok account and I used to log in through the TikTok app on an Android device. However, I no longer remember the password. The account was only linked to a phone number and was not connected to any email address. The problem is that the phone with that number was lost in the sea, so I can no longer receive the SMS verification codes TikTok sends to that number. Since June 2026 I have been locked out and unable to access my account. I followed the in‑app and help center directions, tried to reach support, and sent messages explaining the situation, but I keep being directed in circles to the same password reset and verification screens, which all require access to the old phone number that I no longer have. None of these steps has solved the problem or allowed me to verify my identity in another way. My account should clearly show previous logins from my own devices, so I am kindly asking TikTok Support to use that information or any other available method to verify my identity without relying on the old phone number.
