My TikTok Account Shows “Unavailable in Your Country” on iPhone 14 Pro Max

On October 20, 2025, when I tried to log into my TikTok account (username: batu1419), I started receiving the message: “This feature isn’t available in your country or region.” Until that date, I had full access to my account without any issues. I can log into other TikTok accounts using the same device and network, but this error only appears for my own account.
I contacted TikTok customer service about the issue, but they told me that everything looked normal on their end. My account has never been involved in any rule violations or community guideline breaches. I have also made coin purchases and other transactions on the account. I haven’t tried logging in from another device or network; all login attempts were made from my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Even though I haven’t violated any rules, I can’t access my account and this situation is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that my account be reactivated immediately and that TikTok resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Progress
When I try to log into my account named “Batu1419” on TikTok, I receive the warning ‘Not available in your country or region.’ I can log into other accounts on the same device without any problem; the issue occurs only with this account. I have never received any rule violation, penalty, or community‑guidelines warning on this account before.
I am currently in Syria, and my account suddenly started showing this error without any prior warning. I have experienced a similar problem in the past; even after contacting the support team through the app, no solution was offered and the issue was not resolved.
I request that my account “Batu1419,” which receives the ‘Your account is not available in your country or region’ warning, be reinstated, that I regain access, and that the necessary checks be performed so that this problem will not happen again, with a permanent fix.
