Recover My Tiktok Account

I have been unable to access my TikTok account for some time and I need support to regain it. My username is “ngarube” and I am now using an Android phone. I no longer have access to both the email address and the phone number linked to this TikTok account. When I try to log in, TikTok sends a verification code, but I cannot receive or view this code because I do not have access to the registered email and phone number anymore. I have already tried the “forgot password” and other backup login options, but they all direct me to the same email/phone that I cannot use.
