I Cannot Access My Frozen TikTok Live Rewards Balance

My balance of approximately $86.76, earned through gifts received during TikTok live streams, has been unfairly frozen since 01/29/2026, and I have been unable to access these funds for nearly four months. Despite not violating any platform rules or policies, my balance was blocked, and the issue has remained unresolved ever since.
For approximately the last three months, I have been contacting TikTok support regularly regarding this problem. Each time, I am told that there is a “suspicious situation” related to my account, that they are supposedly conducting a review for my protection, and that the issue will definitely be resolved within one to three days. Later, they claim that the problem has been fixed and the balance has been reopened, only to place it back under “review” again. Most recently, they stated that a more detailed investigation is being conducted, and the process continues to be extended indefinitely while I am repeatedly given inconsistent responses.
At the request of the support team, I also provided screenshots showing the frozen balance. Despite this, no concrete solution has been offered, and my balance is still inaccessible. Receiving constantly changing explanations without any final resolution, along with the complete lack of a clear and transparent explanation, has caused me serious frustration and inconvenience.
I request that TikTok provide a clear and direct explanation regarding this situation, issue an apology for the inconvenience and financial harm caused, and release my frozen reward balance of approximately $86.76 to my account in full without any further delay.
