Forgot TikTok Password And Lost Authenticator Access

I am the owner of my TikTok account, but I can no longer access it. I forgot my password, and I also lost access to the authenticator app that generates my two-factor authentication code. Because of this, I am unable to log in, I still have access to my registered email address/phone number (if applicable) and I am willing to provide any information needed to verify that I am the account owner, Please help me recover my account or disable the authenticator so I can regain access.
