The cameras on my Tesla Model Y Juniper suddenly stopped working on February 13, 2026, and have not functioned at all since then. Because the vehicle’s cameras are completely disabled, driving the car has become both very difficult and seriously unsafe. Considering that my vehicle is only two months old, experiencing such a critical issue in a nearly brand-new car is extremely disappointing.
After the issue occurred, I contacted Tesla service and was informed that the required part would arrive on March 11 and be replaced then. This means I have to wait nearly a month just for a camera replacement. During this time, since the cameras are entirely non-functional, I am forced to use the vehicle with significant difficulty in daily driving, especially during parking and maneuvering, where there is a serious safety risk. Under these conditions, I believe that any accident that may occur due to the cameras not working and the extended repair time would be Tesla’s responsibility.
I cannot accept that such an important safety feature in a relatively new vehicle remains out of service for such a long time. I request that Tesla take my situation into consideration, repair my vehicle’s cameras as soon as possible, shorten the waiting period if possible, and take appropriate customer satisfaction measures regarding this issue.
