Telegram Verification Code Not Sent to New Phone Number

I am writing about a problem I am experiencing with Telegram related to SMS verification codes. Until about three months ago, I was using a Telegram account linked to my old phone number, +965 97439***. I have now lost access to this old number and cannot use it anymore. On 20 September I tried to open or activate a new Telegram account with my new phone number, +965 97391***. However, the SMS verification code from Telegram is not being delivered to my new phone number, so I cannot complete the registration or log in. At the moment I am unable to use Telegram because no SMS code is reaching my new number, +965 97391***, and I also have no access to my old number. I kindly request that this issue be investigated, that SMS delivery to my number be fixed, and that I be helped to activate and access my Telegram account using my new phone number 97391***
