Telegram Phone Number Banned by Mistake - Need Account Recovery

Hello Telegram Support, My phone number +91 7052311*** has been banned from Telegram, and I believe this happened by mistake. I use Telegram on a Samsung Galaxy phone and I first noticed the ban on 2 June. I have not sent spam, abused anyone, or violated the terms of service. I only use the application for study purposes and normal, harmless usage. I kindly request that you manually review my account and remove the ban on my phone number. I would like to have my number unbanned and my access to my Telegram account fully restored. Thank you for your help.
