Telegram OTP Sent to Unknown Email: Phone Number Account Access Issue

I have a serious security problem with my Telegram account connected to the phone number +91 8252058***. I had not used Telegram for around three to four months. Today I installed the app again and tried to log in, but I saw that the one-time password (OTP) is being sent to an email address that does not belong to me. This means my phone number appears to be linked to another person’s email without my knowledge or consent. Because of this situation, I cannot access my own Telegram account and I am very worried that someone else may be using my number and my previous chats or channels in an unauthorized way. I have not contacted Telegram support by any other channel yet; this text is my first attempt to report the problem. I request that you urgently investigate this issue, disconnect my number from any unknown or unauthorized email, secure my account, and help me regain full access to my Telegram account.
