Telegram OTP Not Received – Unable to Log In to My Account

I have been unable to access my main Telegram account due to a login problem that started yesterday. When I try to log in, the OTP (verification code) that should be sent to my phone number does not arrive, so I cannot complete the login process or use my account in any way. I tried multiple times and waited for the code, but there was no SMS or in-app code. I also reached out to Telegram support, but I have not received any response so far, and my problem is still ongoing. I kindly request that my account be reactivated and that I be provided with a working way to log in again as soon as possible, or at least a clear explanation of why I am not receiving the OTP.
