Telegram One-Time SMS Fee Blocks Free Login on Samsung A51

I use the Telegram app on my Samsung A51 through the Google Play Store. I was previously able to log in and use Telegram for free without any problems, but for approximately the past two days, whenever I try to log in, I am shown a screen titled “One-Time SMS Fee” asking me to pay for a one-week Premium subscription.

Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, the same Premium payment screen appears every time, preventing me from continuing to use Telegram for free. I do not understand why I am now being presented with a mandatory payment screen when I never experienced this issue before on the same phone and with the same phone line, and I am unable to access the app.

I am asking Telegram to remove this mandatory Premium payment requirement, allow users to log in and use the service for free as they previously could, and restore access to my account without requiring any payment. I also request a clear and straightforward explanation of why this payment requirement has suddenly appeared.
