Telegram Requires Payment to Log In Without Premium

For approximately 10 days, whenever I try to log in to the Telegram app, I am shown a screen titled “One-Time SMS Fee,” and I cannot continue without paying ₺54.99. The screen offers an option to sign up along with a Telegram Premium subscription, but I cannot use my account at all without paying this fee.

Although Telegram’s basic service is supposed to remain free, I find it misleading and frustrating to be required to make a payment at the login stage in this way. I simply want to use the app as a regular free user.

I am asking Telegram to resolve this issue so that I can access my account and use the app without paying any fee, and to remove the mandatory payment requirement during login.
