Telegram Hacking Complaint: Recover Account and Remove Hacker Access

I have been facing a serious security problem with my Telegram account. My account, which is linked to the phone number +251 91 599 9***, appears to have been hacked by an unknown person. I noticed a custom profile photo and suspicious changes starting from yesterday, and today I am completely unable to access my account. When I tried to secure my account, I terminated all other active sessions. However, after doing that, I was logged out from my own device as well. Since then, I have not been able to log in again. I am not receiving the SMS verification code, and it seems that the person who took over my account has set up their own two-step verification password, so I cannot pass that step either. At the moment, I have no access to my Telegram account at all, while I believe the hacker is still using it. This creates a serious risk for misuse of my identity, my contacts, and my private conversations. I kindly request that my account be recovered and returned to my control, that any unauthorized two-step verification setup by the attacker be removed, and that all suspicious sessions be terminated. If recovery is not possible, I request that this account associated with my phone number be immediately disabled to prevent any further abuse in my name. I would be grateful if you could inform me by email or SMS about the steps taken and any additional information you need from me to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account.
