I Need Help Recovering My Original Telegram Account and Messages

I am writing because I can no longer log in to my Telegram account even though I am using the same SIM card and have successfully restored my Google account. My previous Telegram account appears to be broken and I cannot see or access the account screen or my old chats and groups at all. When I try to log in with my old phone number, I am unable to reach my old Telegram account and I cannot use it again. I still use the same number and SIM, but the account is not accessible and I do not get my previous account back. I kindly request that my old Telegram account be restored and that you help me log in again using my existing phone number and SIM card. I would like to regain access to my old account together with all previous chats, groups and contacts, or at least receive clear information on why it cannot be recovered and what solution you can offer.
