I am a Telegram user, and I am currently unable to transfer my account from my old phone to my new Samsung A26. When I try to log in to Telegram on the new device, the application requires a cloud password. I do not remember this password and therefore cannot complete the login process or move my account to the new phone. So far, I have not been able to find a solution on my own, and I have not previously contacted support about this matter. I kindly request your assistance in resetting the cloud password or providing another secure method to restore access to my Telegram account on my new Samsung A26. In addition, I request that you delete or deactivate the current cloud password protection on my account so that I can log in using only the SMS code on my new device.
