My Telegram Account Is Hacked

I am writing because my Telegram account linked to the phone number +251942303*** has been taken over by another person and I can no longer access it. The other person is using my account to contact people and ask them for money in my name, which is creating a serious risk of fraud and damage to my reputation. I use an iPhone and I tried to log in again with my phone number, but the login code is only being sent inside the Telegram app on another device where my account is already logged in. I do not receive any SMS or phone call with the code on my iPhone, so I have no way to enter my account or stop the other person. Because of this, I am completely locked out while someone else controls my account and my contacts. I request that you urgently log out my account from all other sessions and devices, and then send a new login code to my phone number via SMS or another secure channel so that I can safely access my account again. If this is not possible, I request that you immediately block or deactivate the Telegram account linked to my number to prevent any further misuse and protect my contacts from being scammed in my name.
