GearUp Booster Refund Request Unathorized Transaction

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge on my Google Play account for a GearUP subscription in the amount of 602.00 Philippine Pesos, with the transaction ID GPA.3349-7983-6339-32660..0, dated 13 September 2026. My child downloaded this application without my knowledge, and I was not aware that a payment or subscription would be processed, so I did not give my consent to this purchase. When I noticed the deduction of 602.00 PHP from my account, I immediately requested a refund through Google Play support, but my refund request was rejected. This charge was not knowingly or intentionally made by me, and there are no other similar unauthorized transactions on my account apart from this one. I also have a transaction record clearly showing that this amount was charged from my account. I kindly request that the full amount of this unauthorized transaction be refunded and that any related subscription to GearUP connected to this payment be cancelled so that no further charges are made to my account.
