I Cannot Log In to Telegram on Oppo K13 5G Due to Wrong Email Address

I have been unable to log in to my Telegram account on my new Oppo K13 5G since yesterday because the login code is being sent to a different email address that does not belong to me and that I do not have access to. When I try to log in, I get an error and cannot receive the correct code on my side, so I am completely locked out of my account.
