Teka Built In Dishwasher Racks Rusted And Crumbling After Six Years

I own a built-in Teka dishwasher that is now about six years old. Over time, the racks have started to crumble and rust, and this problem has become permanent and progressively worse with use. At this point, the racks are so rusted and damaged that the dishwasher can no longer be used properly. I have not previously contacted Teka or any service center about this problem. Given that the racks have deteriorated to this extent while the appliance is otherwise still usable, I find this very disappointing in terms of quality and durability. I kindly request that Teka replace the dishwasher racks so that I can safely and hygienically continue using the appliance again.
