TEKA Dishwasher Basket Problems

The dishwasher basket I've been using since August 2019 is all rusty, which is making the little prongs break. The basket is falling apart, as you can see in the picture. I'm not only worried about how easy it is to use; how can this impact our health?
I know people who have dishwashers from different brands, but I've been using a different brand's product for 10 years. Just so you know, we've never had any problems with a rusty or breaking dishwashing basket. Take a look at this platform, and you'll see that issues with a rusty and breaking basket only happen with Teka's products. It's clearly a problem with the manufacturing. What does rust mean in a machine that uses water? I had a Siemens dishwasher for 10 years before, and I never noticed any deformations in the basket. When I moved into my new apartment, the construction company installed this machine in the kitchen. They said Teka is a good and trustworthy brand.
When I reached out to Teka about this problem, they told me that they don't have any records of my machine because once the warranty period is over, they remove our data from their system. I've never heard anything more ridiculous. Basically, once the warranty runs out, you're on your own with your issue. When I mentioned that this situation has nothing to do with how I used or bought the product, they told me that they need to see the receipt in order to decide if they can help me. How can someone who lives in a building get a receipt after 5-6 years? Also, this product is not connected to the construction company, but it belongs to the Teka brand.
The basket rusting isn't something the user did wrong. It's a problem with how it was made, and it puts people's health at risk. The manufacturer needs to deal with this situation right away.
I hope Teka will actually support their products like they said they would and fix this problem.
