Deposit Deducted From PhonePe but Game Balance Not Credited
I made a payment of ₹500 through PhonePe on 13 June for adding balance in the Tashan Win game, but the amount has been deducted from my PhonePe account and the balance has not been added in the game. The payment was completed successfully on my side and I have the UPI transaction ID 616488997215 as proof. Despite this, no chips or balance have been credited to my Tashan Win account. I contacted Tashan Win support, but they are only seeing my messages and not responding at all, so my issue is still unresolved. I request that my ₹500 be refunded back to my PhonePe account as soon as possible, since I did not receive the game balance for this transaction.
