Bank of Baroda App Not Sending OTP for Tashan Win Verification

I have a problem with my Bank of Baroda account because I am not able to withdraw my money. Since 10/01/2026, whenever I try to proceed, the system asks for my full bank account details and then asks to verify my phone number, but at the OTP step, no OTP is received on my phone, so I cannot complete the process. I also tried entering another account number, but even with the second account, the OTP does not come, and I am stuck at the same point. Because of this OTP issue, I am unable to access or withdraw my money of ₹1787 from my account. I request that Bank of Baroda urgently fix this OTP and phone verification problem and allow me to withdraw my ₹1787 without further delay, and to resolve any technical issue on my account or mobile number so that I can use my banking services normally again.
