Tango “Sorry, Your account Can’t Be Verified” Message

I use Tango on my Android device and for the past 5 days I have been unable to verify my account. Each time I try to complete the verification process, the application displays the message “Sorry, your account can’t be verified” and does not allow me to proceed. I contacted Tango customer support about this situation, but I have not received any feedback or clear explanation regarding why my account cannot be verified or what I should do to resolve it. I request that my Tango account be verified as soon as possible or that I am given a clear and concrete explanation of the problem and the steps needed so that my account can be successfully verified.
