I am writing regarding a problem with the verification of my Tango account. For the last two days, I have been trying to verify my profile in order to receive a gift that was sent to me through Tango, but the verification keeps failing. When I try to complete the verification, I receive the message: “We couldn't verify your profile. If you have any questions, please contact the support email of the company you are verifying for.” Because of this, I cannot access or receive the gift that was sent to me, and my account remains restricted. I contacted Tango support by email as instructed in the message, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing me stress because I am unable to use the gift that was sent to me, and I do not know what exactly is wrong with my verification. I kindly request that you review my account, clearly explain the reason for the verification failure, and approve my verification so that I can receive and use the gift sent to me.
