I am a streamer on the Tango platform and I use Cleva as my USD account in Nigeria. Six days ago, I initiated a withdrawal from my Tango account to my Cleva USD account for the amount of 678 USD, with the transaction reference ID: tra-mmat0yhm-rwmb14. My Cleva account name is Oluchi Peace N*** and my Cleva email address is beautyoluchi***@gmail.com. Cleva later marked this transfer as rejected, stating that I could not provide a valid relationship between myself, Tango, and Cleva. Following this, the transaction amount has not been returned to my Tango wallet, and Cleva also disabled my Cleva account. As a result, I currently do not have access to the withdrawn funds, nor can I use my Cleva account. I request that the amount of 678 USD be refunded back to my Tango wallet as soon as possible and that my Cleva account be reactivated, so that I can recover my money and continue my streaming activities without further disruption.
