Tango Verification Stuck For Over 3 Months And Withdrawal Issue

Hello! I am having an issue with withdrawing my funds because my account verification has been frozen and stuck under review for over three months with no changes. When the verification window appeared, I didn't have my original passport with me, so I had to take a photo of the passport from another phone's screen. Because of this, the verification seems to have gotten stuck. I have been waiting for a very long time, even though I successfully hosted many broadcasts and honestly earned my money on the platform. I have already written to support via email and everywhere else possible, but they are simply ignoring me. Please help me move my verification off dead center or give me the opportunity to go through verification again so I can confirm my identity and withdraw my money.
