Tango! Please Restore My Suspended Account!

I have been a broadcaster for five months, and suddenly I lost access to my iPhone 11, which I use to stream. At the same time, my Tango account was suspended without any explanation. I can no longer go live, and I have no idea why this happened. I did not receive any ban notifications, and customer service has not responded to my inquiries for three days.
