On October 2, 2025, my Tango Live account (@sariplatn, email: [email protected]) was suddenly suspended. My account has a balance of 845 dollars. Despite sending multiple emails since that date, I have not received any response at all. No evidence or explanation was provided to me as a reason for the suspension of my account. I did not broadcast any violent content, I did not scam anyone, and I was only streaming alone.
After my account was suspended, when I tried to log in to the app, I received a 'your account has been suspended' warning, and even though I receive messages, I am unable to reply. Despite resetting my device and trying different methods, nothing has changed. I also applied to withdraw my balance, but I was not given any information and did not receive any response to my emails.
I have been suffering for about 18 days and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I request that my account be manually reviewed, that the evidence proving I did not broadcast violent content be taken into account, that my account be reactivated, and that my balance be refunded to me.
