For the past two to three days, I have been unable to download the Tango – Live Video Broadcast & Chat app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Sometimes the app does not even appear in the App Store, and when it does, the download process never actually begins. I have tried multiple solutions such as switching between different Wi-Fi and mobile data connections, making sure I have enough storage space, and restarting my device, but none of these steps have resolved the issue.
This is very frustrating, especially since I use Tango regularly and never experienced such a problem before. At this point, I cannot even access the app because it simply won’t install on my phone. I have not yet been able to reach Tango’s customer support, but I believe this issue requires urgent technical assistance.
I am requesting that Tango’s technical team resolve this download issue immediately so that I can reinstall and use the app normally again. I expect a clear explanation of why this problem is occurring and a working solution as soon as possible.
