Tango Device Banned Without Reason on Samsung Galaxy A12
While using the Tango app on my Samsung Galaxy A12 device today, I received a message saying, “Your device has been blocked. Please read Tango guidelines for more details,” even though I do not believe I violated any rules. As a result, my entire device has been banned.
The only possible reason I can think of is that I may have created multiple accounts on the app. Aside from that, I have definitely not engaged in any misuse, harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior.
I am currently in a difficult situation because my device has been completely blocked without any clear warning or explanation, and I can no longer use the app at all. This has caused me significant frustration.
I request that the Tango team review my account and device again and remove what I believe is an unjust device ban. If necessary, I am willing to comply with all usage rules moving forward, and I kindly ask for a clear explanation regarding this issue.
