Tango Account Funds Sent to Stranger’s PayPal Without Consent

Yesterday, June 4, an unauthorized transfer was made from my Tango account while I was live in the app. A person who calls himself Diego, supposedly from Venezuela, fraudulently sent the money I had in my Tango application to his PayPal account without my authorization. I do not know this person at all and I have never given him permission to access or move the balance in my account. The amount taken was 31 dollars, which in Colombian pesos is approximately 115. I have proof of what happened and I am willing to provide screenshots and any additional information needed so that you can investigate this case of fraud and misuse of my account. After this incident, I have already set a lock password on my Tango app to protect my account, and I have sent an email to Tango support, but I have not received any response so far.
