My Tango regular user and live streamer accounts were suddenly suspended on the night of October 20, 2026 without any prior warning or notification. I was not given any chance to understand or address the issue before my account was permanently suspended, and I was shocked to see the “Account Suspended” notice when I tried to log in. After this, I contacted Tango support to ask for an explanation and a review of my account and the remaining balance. In their reply, Tango stated that my account was permanently suspended due to a violation of the Community Guidelines and Terms of Use, and that they had identified “fraudulent activity” on my account. They also clearly wrote that this decision is final, cannot be appealed, and that I will no longer be able to use Tango under this account. I would like to state that I do not accept being labeled as having committed fraudulent activity without being given any concrete explanation, detailed evidence, or chance to defend myself. I still have a remaining balance of approximately 90 USD in my Tango account, and I believe it is unfair that my funds are blocked without a transparent investigation and without any clear information about what exactly I am accused of doing.
