I am an active user of the Tango Live platform and I would like to have my account verified, but I am unable to complete the process and I am not receiving any support response. My profile name is “Elite Queen” and my Tango ID is @mstarifakhatun-99***. My account is registered with the email address rafibd**@gmail.com and I am based in Bangladesh. I have carefully updated my profile picture and my date of birth so that they match the information on my official National ID card. I am also fully ready to complete the face verification (selfie) step. However, I cannot find any direct option in the app settings to upload my NID or to proceed with face verification, and there is no clear link or button that allows me to continue with the verification process. I have been trying to get my Tango account verified since around 23 March and I have already contacted your support team by email, but I have not received any response, not even an automatic reply. This situation is preventing me from proving the authenticity of my account and from obtaining the verified badge that I am eligible and prepared for. I kindly request that you either provide me with a direct verification link within the app or by email, or that you manually review my profile and enable me to submit my National ID and complete face verification. I would like my account to be verified and to receive the verified badge as soon as possible.
