Tango Live Verification Rejected: “We Couldn’t Verify Your İdentity Error''

I have been experiencing a persistent problem with age and identity verification on my Tango Live account. Although my account is not suspended, every time I try to verify, I receive the message “We couldn’t verify your identity.” I am over 18 and have entered my correct personal information each time, but the verification still fails. I am using Tango Live from Madagascar, and I have repeatedly tried to complete the verification using my National ID card (CIN). Despite following the instructions and being willing to resubmit my ID and selfie, the system continues to reject my verification without providing a clear reason. I reached out to Tango Live support both via email and through in-app support. However, I only received automated responses such as “We are passing your reviews,” and I have not received any real human response or any effective solution so far. I kindly request that my case be reviewed manually by a real person and that my account be successfully verified if everything is in order. If, for any reason, my verification cannot be approved, I would like to receive a clear written explanation stating why it is being rejected and what exactly I need to correct so that I can pass the verification process.
