I Can’t Find or Reinstall Tango and Payoneer Apps on My iPhone Anymore
I used to have both the Tango and Payoneer apps installed and working normally on my iPhone. However, for about a month now, I haven’t been able to find either app in the App Store—they have completely vanished from search results. I didn’t change anything on my phone or Apple ID. I’m still using the same iCloud account, and my iOS updates have been applied regularly. There were no region changes, Apple ID switches, or restrictions on my settings.
I first noticed this when I tried to reinstall the apps after removing them to free up space. Despite trying everything—changing regions, using VPNs, and comparing with my friends' iPhones (where the apps are still visible)—nothing worked. The problem appears to affect only my device, and now I can’t access either app anymore.
Since my Tango account is tied to iCloud, I can’t use it on Android, and Payoneer doesn’t show up on my App Store at all. I haven’t yet contacted customer service, but I’m now forced to speak up as this issue has been going on for 7 months, and for the last 1 month, both apps are completely gone.
I urgently request that both apps become available again on my iPhone App Store so I can reinstall them and access my accounts. Please investigate and resolve this issue so I can continue using these services without interruption.
