Cannot Remove Visa Mastercard From Tango Account

I have been facing a recurring problem for about a month with removing my Visa/MasterCard from the Tango service. Every time I try to cancel or remove the card, the system shows a message telling me to try again later, and the card remains linked to my Tango account. I contacted Tango support previously and they helped me once, but then the same problem returned and I am again unable to remove my card from Tango. This situation is preventing me from managing my payment methods as I wish. I request that my current bank card be completely removed from my Tango account so that I can add a new card and use the service normally again, and that this problem be solved in a permanent way so it does not repeat.
